Port Alberni Cannabis Production

Clarity Development Advisory conducted a feasibility study on this 88-acre parcel near Port Alberni, BC. There are variety of regulations surrounding cannabis production facilities throughout British Columbia, therefore Clarity’s detailed research process involved a zoning analysis, a deep dive into regulations for lands within the provincial Agricultural Land Reserve, information gathering from government administrations, and the mapping of the potential development area. Through this comprehensive approach, Clarity was able to provide the owner with essential information on the viability of developing a licensed cannabis production facility on the site.
