Papaschase Industrial

Clarity Development Advisory was sought out by the owner of this Industrial Medium (IM) site, Arcis Developments, with the intent of creating more commercial opportunities in their existing building to serve the Papaschase Industrual neighbourhood in southeast Edmonton.

Clarity succeeded in rezoning the site to the Industrial Business Zone (IB), expertly navigating various hurdles including fire protection deficiencies in the surrounding neighbourhood.
