Rampart Industrial

Located in the northwest sector of Edmonton, the Rampart Industrial neighbourhood provides a variety of industrial, recreational, and institutional opportunities. The 0.8 ha industrial corner site under consideration is adjacent to 142nd Street and 162nd Avenue. 

Clarity Development Advisory analyzed the (IM) Medium Industrial Zone property which included a thorough review of pertinent zoning and Area Structure Plan regulations. Prior to engaging Clarity, the owner faced public concerns at an initial Public Hearing to rezone the site to IB (Business Industrial). At their request, Clarity developed a sound and logical planning rationale and strategy for a second Public Hearing. With Clarity providing guidance and council representation as an expert witness, the site was successfully rezoned.
