Sturgeon Industrial Park

Clarity Development Advisory was approached by a private land owner with the intention of creating industrial opportunities on a 25-hectare Agricultural (AG) parcel in Rivière Qui Barre. Rivière Qui Barre is a hamlet in central Alberta, within Sturgeon County. It is located approximately 22 kilometres northwest of Edmonton's city limits.

Our team conducted an in-depth study of governing planning documents and led discussions with the municipality on amending the Land Use Bylaw. Clarity also engaged with Alberta Transportation to determine necessary infrastructure upgrades to the adjacent highway and intersection. Clarity’s comprehensive development consultation services also included concept site designs, anticipated development cost estimates, and site servicing considerations.
