Redevelopment Assessment
Clarity Development Advisory conducted a feasibility study for the owner of a corner residential lot in the Sherwood neighbourhood in west-central Edmonton. Informed by expertise, Clarity created a detailed report on the potential highest and best use for the site through both current and potential zoning options. Taking a comprehensive approach, relevant limitations under the MNO, site width, depth, setbacks, and site area were also carefully taken into consideration.
