114 University

114 University is a Transit Oriented Development located along University Avenue in Edmonton’s McKernan neighbourhood.

The 6-storey 132-unit residential building will be located within 400 meters of two LRT stations and in close proximity to the University of Alberta main campus and hospital. This is a strategic development that reflects the demands of a growing institutional campus and the Edmonton’s accelerated intensification of key transit nodes and corridors.

Clarity Development Advisory worked closely with the client, public, and administration finding ways to achieve the aspirational visions of the McKernan-Belgravia Station Area Redevelopment Plan and Edmonton’s new CityPlan. City Council passed this DC2 rezoning unanimously in early 2021.
