Clarity Development Advisory worked on the formation of a new Direct Control District in the City of Leduc. Approved by Council in early 2021, this DC District will enable Tamani Communities to provide 22 creative and affordable townhouses units in Leduc’s fastest growing neighbourhood of Southfork.
