Partnering with our ambitious clients, Casia Developments, we have reimagined this dilapidated site by transitioning it from Mixed Use (MU h16 f3.5 cf) to Mixed Use (MU h85 f11.0 cf), paving the way for a 25-storey mixed-use development.
The 124 Street Primary Corridor is buzzing with energy, and this rezoning is set to amplify that momentum. Positioned along one of Edmonton’s most dynamic urban streets and less than 200 metres from the future 124 St Valley Line West LRT stop, this project is designed to elevate the Westmount neighbourhood.
