Oliver 116 ST
Oliver 116 St is a Transit Oriented Development located along 116 Street and 103 Avenue in Edmonton’s vibrant Oliver community.
The tailored-made DC2 zone allows for up to 6 storeys and 98 units of residential development, plus live-work space on the ground level. With the local community in mind, this project includes strong protections for existing mature street trees, townhouse-inspired dwellings at the ground level, and public art. The site is located within 200m of The Yards/116 Street LRT Stop, currently under construction as part of the Valley Line West extension.
Clarity Development Advisory worked collaboratively with our great client, City of Edmonton Administration, and the talented architects at Arc Studio to ensure that this sensitively-designed TOD building would be approved by City Council. This development will help enhance the already vibrant and urban community of Oliver in which Leston Holdings has been a part of for many decades.
