Strathearn Psychology
Strathearn Psychology is a small neighbourhood commercial site, centrally located within 400m of the future Strathearn and Holyrood LRT Stops, part of Edmonton’s new Valley Line LRT.
The owners of Strathearn Psychology purchased the RF1-zoned single-family residential property in the hopes of building a new clinic to serve the needs of their patients, staff and community over the coming decades. Clarity Development Advisory assisted Strathearn Psychology through the process of analyzing possible options for the site and ultimately in successfully rezoning the property to the Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial (CNC) zone.
The site is located directly adjacent to the Valley Line Southeast, within walking distance of two new LRT Stops. This small-scale commercial development will contribute to a vibrant and transitioning urban form in Holyrood and Strathearn.
